Castell de Riudabella
The Castell de Riudabella is a hotel-monument in the area of Conca de Barbera's PDO and Penedes, one of the main areas for wine production and wine cellars in Tarragona, surrounded by landscapes full of country houses and vineyards. The hotel was built on an old Cistercian farm of the monument complex Monasterio del Poblet, declared Heritage of Humanity by the UNESCO.
The hotel has good access to endless trekking and cycling routes and to some of the most important wine cellars of this area of Cataluña: Penedes, Camp de Tarragona, Costers del Sepre, Prioriat and Montsant, among others. Montblanc medieval city is a 10 minutes' drive from the hotel, Poratventura is a 40 minutes' drive and Ebro Delta just 1 hour drive.
